EasyDeposit is a Canadian product focused on one part of the real estate transaction: the deposit. Buyers submit their deposit electronically to the brokerage's existing trust account, and the brokerage and agent can follow the status through to confirmation.
The product is built by the team behind DealTrack, which works with Canadian brokerages on their transaction workflows. That experience shaped how EasyDeposit handles deposit records, statuses and reconciliation details.
EasyDeposit is an independent brand and does not replace your brokerage's transaction-management system.
