How it works

A digital deposit process, end to end.

EasyDeposit gives buyers a digital way to submit their real estate deposit, and gives the brokerage and agent visibility into where that deposit stands.

  1. 01

    Send the deposit request

Once the offer is accepted, the buyer receives simple instructions to submit the real estate deposit electronically. Nothing needs to be printed, signed by hand or couriered.

  2. 02

    Buyer submits the deposit

The buyer follows the digital payment process from wherever they are, instead of writing a cheque and delivering it to the brokerage office during business hours.

  3. 03

    Deposit status is tracked

The brokerage and the agent can see the status of the deposit through the EasyDeposit workflow, so nobody has to phone around for an update.

  4. 04

    Confirmation is generated

Once the deposit has been successfully submitted, confirmation is generated so the agent and the brokerage can keep the transaction moving, with a digital record attached to the deposit.
